Frank is extremey helpful & responsive to our technology needs. We've had numerous instances where we've needed immediate assistance & he's been there. More importantly, he's more than competent & gets work done in a timely manner.

Frank believes anything is possible and usually is right. He's careful however not to over-promise or under-deliver. He gets the job done within established time-constraints and with very limited resources. He's smart about scoping out projects and a very bright guy.
